Half an hour of laughter, gentle stretches and deep breathing, maybe a bit of dancing too.  This helps us to get in touch with our inner-child, that playful side of us that often gets sidelined while we do 'responsible adult' stuff.

As a result of playing and laughing, our body produces natural feel-good hormones that reduce stress, reduce pain, and encourage joy, creativity, confidence and more - try it, it's a blast 😃
