I invite you all to start each week off with a lively and fun laughter-filled 15 minute session of Laughter Yoga with me, Jill Naomi-Russell. I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Emergency Nurse and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader who is dedicated to spreading the joy and health benefits of laughter to our world-wide community.

This is an event for all ages - young children to the advanced elderly. No experience or special equipment required. Feel free to have your whole family attend. Family and friends who laugh together, stay together :)

Feel free to sign-in any time after 6:45am Pacific Time with your video on or off. I'll have upbeat music playing while we wait for our 7am start time. Some people like to sign-in early without video while they work privately on other things. But please enable your video once the session starts for the greatest benefit.
