MY SUNDAY LAUGHTER YOGA CLASS at 1:00pm PACIFIC is ON HOLD FOR THE REST OF THE SUMMER, 2024.  (My apologies to anyone who tried to join before I remembered that this was another place where I needed to make this announcement.)

** THIS CLASS WILL *LIKELY* RESUME ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, SAME TIME, 1:00PM PACIFIC! **   I will Post here a few days before I'm back, with an exact first date of class resuming.

***IN THE MEANTIME, MY WEDNESDAY CLASS AT 5:00PM PACIFIC IS STILL ON, THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER, AS USUAL.  PLEASE JOIN IF YOU CAN!***  The class lasts 30-40 minutes.

This GLOBAL club meets on Sunday afternoons at 1:00pm PACIFIC and 4:00pm EASTERN, USA on ZOOM!  Come join us!  I'd love to see people from all over the world!  The class lasts 30-40 minutes.
