Women's Virtual Gym LY
Description:
When studios and gyms closed, we changed to the virtual Zoom platform in order to continue our health pracitces.We partnered with a local gym and began offering virtual fitness classes which include Laughter Yoga. Members are from all over Canada.And teh occassional international visitor.
