Description:
I received my Laughter Yoga Leader certification in 2014. My passion is interacting with the Elders of our community. Since retiring from the corporate environment in 2015, I have been working at various local senior residential communities leading Laughter Yoga sessions, teaching chair yoga, and facilitating a storyteller activity for Elders who suffer from dementia/memory loss. My life has never been happier or so full of laughter!
