I discovered laughter yoga during a difficult time in life and saw it as a way to improve my mental healt and wellbeing.  Not only did this happen but my seven years of chronic back pain also disappeared. I was soon off all medication and have remained so since 2015.  I was so inspired and passionate about laughter yoga that I wanted to bring it to as many people as possible.

I set up Worthing Laughter Club which has enjoyed a large membership and continues strong.  When the first national lockdown came in, I set up the online Lockdown Laughter Club (now Unleash Your Laugh Online) which quickly gathered up attendees from all over Britain and countries overseas.

I also run laughter sessions for groups, teams and gatherings of all kinds from corporate events to festivals; staff training days to support groups; social clubs to mental health awareness days.  I have run over 600 in-person and on-line sessions at schools, hospitals, prisons, nursing homes, private parties and wellbeing retreats.  Some of my clients have included Champneys Health Spa, Alzheimers Society, Lloyds Investment Group plc and celebrity Miranda Hart.

I run laughter leader training courses as well as women's welbeing retreat days which always include laughter yoga.
