Dedicated, creative and joyful are words often used to describe Nicole. Nicole embodies living and celebrating the interconnectedness and joy with all individuals. Also a traveling 200-hour yoga instructor focusing on Yoga in Nature, Nicole's eager to bring smiles near and far. With nearly a decade devoted to Laughter Yoga, Nicole ventured into Laughter Yoga training to share the gifts of LY. She has since conducted sessions nationwide, catering to diverse groups such as neurodiverse individuals, children, families, residents of assisted living facilities, healthcare professionals, yoga enthusiasts, participants in summer camps, and college students. 

With a daily laughter practice, a collection of free interactive content online, Nicole’s dedication to sharing the gifts of laughter is still growing. This is why Nicole is so very excited to lead training for others to become Laughter Yoga Professionals. Nicole believes in encouraging, supporting and uplifting each other.

You're invited to a funtastic laughter yoga experience! Nicole also hosts a monthly virtual laughter club alongside Dr. Laura Laxton. Dr. Laura is a Veterinarian and CLYL who goes by the name of "Funny Puppy Doc". Nicole and Dr. Laura Laxton joined fun forces and co-host monthly themed virtual laughter yoga sessions!
