Hello!
My name is Natalie DeCandia and I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader internationally recognized by Laughter Yoga University. I offer fun and unique exercise sessions to people of all ages. Laughter Yoga combines playful laughter and deep breathing that results in great health and social benefits. I have been leading classes for young children, adults, and older adults in NJ/NY for 3 years and am inspired to spread this joy and peace to more people!
