Kara Sherman is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, a professional musician, and a former retail manager. She fell in love with Laughter Yoga while on medical leave from her position as a manager at a chocolate store. Laughter Yoga was instantly appealing, as she was able to do it while seated and healing from plantar fasciitis. Kara found herself doing Laughter Yoga videos every day._x000D_

Once Kara returned to the chocolate store, it was clear that the time off was not enough to fully heal her feet and it was imperative for her to resign. Faced with this major life change, Kara was immediately drawn to the idea of becoming a Laughter Professional. She knew in her heart that the incredible joy she feels from Laughter Yoga needs to be shared with the world.
