I earned my BS degree in Psychology in 1994 from Springfield College.í??æ I have spend 20 years studying and practicing TaiChi, and I have spend the last 11 years making my living as a Tai Chi Teacher.í??æ I became a Laughter Yoga Leader in 2011 and in 2012 I became a Laughter Yoga Teacher.í??æ I am particularly interested in the healing benefits of laughter, and I am grateful to be a part of the worldwide laughter movement
