I'm one of several LY leaders in Denver, Colorado. We meet weekly on Mondays at noon MDT. We have a hybrid plan--one week in-person and the following week online. We have an email list. Our in-person meetings are at a local church during the cold season and at a local park during the warm season. Leaders in our group take turns facilitating.
