In her quest to find answers for a happier and meaningful life, Po Mei Kwong studied and experienced a multiplicity of methods to live healthy & sustainable, connect with Nature and primordially to everything that makes life worth living and in the last 32 years she has been integrating mindfulness, consciousness expansion and the art of being authentic.
As a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, she feels on the top of the world - as the concept of Laughter Yoga is like the icing of the cake to her work as a Joy Coach.
Based in Australia/ Queensland/ Sunshine Coast; her passion is to improve people and business lives by bringing out their unique gift to the world with ease and joy.
