Hello! I am a CLYL since 2015, trained by Master Trainer Egbert Griebeling.

I was born in 1958, am widowed and mother of an adult son. Until 2015 I was a journalist. After a total exhaustion, I decided to work with people and learn new professions that delight the elderly. I do this with laughter yoga, holistic memory training and senior assistance.

Since January 2018, I have had my own laughter club for people 55+. I love laughing with seniors. It's also great in one-on-one care, using the power of laughter yoga to activate people with dementia-related changes.

Online laughter is available with me at Laughter Collective every Wednesday, you can find the dates in the Laughter Yoga Calendar. Thanks to the lockdown and the wonderful Zoom offerings, I've been able to network and connect with laughter yogis all over the world.
