Dr. Laura Laxton earned her doctorate from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She has a passion for supporting the human-animal bond by sharing the magic of wonder and laughter with her community. As a small animal veterinarian, she focuses on Fear Free medicine at Grace Veterinary Center. As a mindfulness coach and Laughter Yoga Leader, she helps high performing women find resilience from compassion fatigue and burnout. She spends her free time hiking, kayaking, and watching movies with her dog, Wilfred.
