My name is Sally and I have been practicing Laughing Yoga for the past 2 years and completed my Laughing Yoga Leader Training in September 2023. 

I am a fully qualified Mental Health Nurse and have been learning and experiencing different methods and interventions to improve my own wellbeing and to share my experiences with those I support that might be experiencing difficulties with their own mental health. 

I discovered Laughter Yoga whilst attending a festival back in 2017 and was blown away by the power and magic that laughter could have on our wellbeing. It was only when I moved to Wales that I was able to engage in a Laughter Yoga class and was then given the opportunity to complete the training so that I could share my passion with others. 

I am looking to share my knowledge of this unique concept of laughter with my colleagues, along with those that I support on a daily basis within my role as a mental health nurse as well as setting up my own laughing yoga class in my local area.
