Hi! I'm Lauren ha ha ha!
Having found laughter yoga during the covid pandemic whilst locked down and dealing with a stressful job in healthcare, I recently decided to take it further and jump on board and become a leader.
I have great plans to spread laughter in places you wouldn't expect, but at the moment they're in their infancy and I'm starting off planning a local laughter club first, let me know if you're in the South East Wales area and would like to join!
