I am really passionate about doing Laughter Yoga sessions. Nothing has given me this feeling of infinite freedom, joy and peace as practising Laughter Yoga through the years.
In my daily life practically there is no chance to laugh unconditionally for longer as the people around me would watch me as if there is something wrong with me. The truth is that our bodies is hungry for oxygen, our minds need to stop thinking and our soul craves joy. So Laughter Yoga proves to be the answer to my Body, Soul and Mind needs.
I am happy to share it with as many people as possible.
