Aloha! I began my yoga practice in 2005 & have been teaching since 2011. In 2024, emotional challenges inspired me to seek out additional tools for supporting my mental wellness. I felt the benefits of Laughter Yoga after my very first session. My "inner child" began flourishing more richly & genuine laughter became more frequent in my daily life. I absolutely love that it is a practice I can share with anyone willing to indulge in child like playfulness!
