for nearly twenty five years i have hosted a community event centered around food and extending friendship circles and i have been having a lot of fun incorperating Laughter Yoga into the gatherings
i have already booked my first corportate retreat group session. it will be under the giant redwoods of northern California
i am very happy to be on my journey as a Laughter Yogi and to bring more Joy and Laughter into the lives of those around me
