My name is Danijela and I am a mother 2 teenagers and co-founder of the Intergenerational Day Center Mavrica (rainbow), where I am a Laughter Yoga practitioner or "professional laugher with a degree in HA-HE-HI-HO-HU". As a practitioner of Rainbow Exercise, I include fun exercises to improve memory, coordination, balance and physical strength. There is a special emphasis on laughter yoga, because I truly believe in the magical power of LAUGHTER, and that movement and laughter together strengthen health and well-being. The exercise also includes various relaxation and breathing techniques and meditation.
