I am a mum of three young children and a Laughter Yoga Leader. The thing I love the most about Laughter Yoga is that it acts as a release, without the need to enter into the cognitive side of things. I have recently started teaching at a local care home for seniors and it makes my heart smile to see people smiling, laughing and opening their hearts to childlike playfulness once more. I have also been teaching a class of 6-7 year olds at a local school and to hear their laughter and watch their faces fills me with an energy I can’t quite explain! I LOVE IT!!
