Description:
Anna began Laughter yoga classes in Chiang Mai Thailand, after she completed the Laughter Yoga Instructor course. She has since started up a club in Adelaide, Australia, in the outdoors of the Adelaide parklands. Anna is currently studying her PhD and has a wide range of experience in health and wellness including in improvisation through Chiang Mai improvisation theatre, mindful coaching through TeamUp and she is a qualified dietitian and a hula hoop instructor. Anna believes that laughter is a medicine and loves creating the space for more laughter – for improved wellbeing!
