Iäó»m a friend, healer, Laughter Yoga Teacher and cancer survivor.
After seeing the film Patch Adams in 2009, I knew that laughter was the way forward to better health and my wellbeing. I discovered Laughter Yoga back then and found it to be instrumental in my healing and recovery.
I have since done my Teacher Training with Dr Madan Kataria in Bangalore and use laughter yoga combined with my healing techniques to help others live the life they deserve. I am a volunteer healer at Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary in Shere, and also offer various workshops in the Surrey area.
